2. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

4. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

4.1 Site Survey: For installation orders, we may require a preliminary site survey (physical or via video call). If your plumbing is incompatible (e.g., lead pipes, lack of drainage), we reserve the right to cancel the contract and refund you in full. 4.2 Access: You must ensure clear access to the stopcock and installation area (usually under the kitchen sink) before our engineer arrives. 4.3 Existing Plumbing: We are not liable for faults in your existing plumbing system (e.g., pre-existing leaks, calcified pipes) that may be discovered or worsened during the installation process, provided our engineer has used reasonable care and skill. 4.4 Water Pressure: If your water pressure is found to be too high or too low for the unit on the day of installation, we may need to install a pressure reducing valve (PRV) or pump at an additional cost agreed with you beforehand.

5. SALT SUBSCRIPTION (If Applicable)

6. YOUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL (CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015)

6.1 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving your goods. 6.2 Returning Goods:

  • If you cancel after the goods have been delivered but before installation, you must return them to us in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.
  • Installed Units: If you request installation before the 14-day cooling-off period ends, you expressly agree that the service has commenced. If you subsequently cancel, you may be charged for the labour costs incurred for installation and de-installation, and a restocking fee for the used unit (as it cannot be resold as new).

7. WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES

This covers manufacturing defects but excludes damage caused by misuse, freezing, or failure to refill salt. 7.2 Installation Guarantee: We guarantee our workmanship (labour and fittings) for 12 months from the date of installation.
