• We offer the simplest way possible to buy a home water softener system, with a very easy return procedure.
• We offer you FREE return, for any reason, up to 30 days from the purchase date of your water softener for shower, bathroom or whole home.
• If you decide you don’t want the domestic water softener, whether it came in the wrong size, or not it simply was not what you were looking for, then simply send us a message and ask for a return.
• Please let us know the reason for your return of the domestic water softener system, as it really helps us out.
• If you wish to return your home water softener, just send us an SMS or email, please include your order number from the invoice in the package. Please also make sure KEEP YOUR INVOICE FOR WARRANTY.
• Please package up the water softener system in its original packaging, sign and return the return slip you received on the bottom of the invoice.
• We will arrange a courier to collect the home water softener in UK from you at your specified location (home or office). Collections are between 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Weekend and public holidays are OFF.
• Return after 30 days – your warranty covers your return costs if there is a defect with your domestic water softener. Please see the full warranty details online. At this moment we don’t offer free returns after 30 days if the domestic water softener system is not defective.
