Express DPD courier service is free on orders over £99 for water softener for homes, or it is a flat rate of £9.99.

The SMS will ask you to select your preferred parcel drop-off location – front porch, side door, backyard or neighbor. If you do not reply to the SMS, the courier will opt for you and deliver to your neighbor. If a neighbor is not available, a card will be left to you for self-pickup at a nearby pick-up point.
